Content disclaimer
Trevia makes reasonable efforts to keep website content accurate and current. However, no guarantee is made that all information is complete, current, or free from error.
Link policy
This website may link to external websites. Trevia is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party websites.
Information submitted through forms
When you submit the project intake form, Trevia collects the details you enter, including your name, business name, email address, coaching niche, services, audience notes, style preferences, hosting and package choices, launch timing, and any extra message you provide. Trevia uses this information to review your brief, prepare a proposal, reply to you, and manage the project relationship.
File uploads
If you upload a logo, brand guide, image, PDF, AI file, SVG, or other reference asset through the intake form, Trevia uses that file only to understand your brand and prepare or deliver the requested website work. Do not upload sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the project.
Analytics
This site uses Plausible Analytics to understand page views and interaction events such as CTA clicks, portfolio clicks, and form submissions. Plausible is configured as a privacy-focused analytics provider and is used to collect aggregate website usage information without cross-site advertising tracking.
Email forwarding and service providers
Form submissions and upload notices may be forwarded by the website hosting or form provider to Trevia's email inbox so the request can be answered. Hosting, form handling, analytics, and email providers may process the submitted information on Trevia's behalf only for operating the website and communication workflow.
Retention
Trevia keeps intake submissions, uploaded files, and project emails for as long as needed to respond, prepare a proposal, deliver services, maintain business records, and handle follow-up questions. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised during routine cleanup.
Your choices
You can ask Trevia to access, correct, or delete personal information connected to your enquiry, unless Trevia needs to keep it for legitimate business, legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution reasons.
